A dynamic Hatha Yoga class. Each week I create a skeleton sequence a.k.a Level 1. Which through the week on Thursday (L1/2) and Saturday (L2) will be added to with further variations and challenges. These classes are designed to challenge, but where needed variations are offered to make them accessible for newer students. No need to attend all three classes, and for experienced Yogis you are welcome to start your week at Level 1-2 or Level 2.

Yoga Classes
Weekly group classes held at Evolve Airlie. Meaghan has been teaching for over 20 years. Nearly 17 of these within the Airlie Beach community. As such, these classes are more than just an opportunity to practice Yoga. But also become an opportunity to be welcomed into a community of the heart.
Private Practice
For those who want something a little more personal. Join Meahan for a one-on-one session. Whether it's movement, meditation or breathwork you are after, Meaghan can tailor a practice to specifically suit your needs, abilities and goals. An audio file of the session can be provided so you can continue your practice between sessions.
Small Groups
What could be better than practising Yoga with your friends or family members? Small group sessions provide a sense of fun & familiarity, perfectly suited to those who are wanting to develop a sense of closeness with their loved ones.
Yoga Rx
A one-on-one Yoga session ideal for anyone managing or recovering from an injury, illness or with specific physical needs. These sessions will be tailored to with your needs/goals in mind. If you are also working with a physio on your recovery, where possible, I will include your physio exercises giving you a practical opportunity to complete the movements necessary for your recovery.
